 Download TAP-HSS Adapter 32bit.rar/64bit.rar extract it, execute"addtap_hss_adapter", wait nyo lang hanggang maging successful.

(note 1: kung dating EXPAT user ka na hindi mo na need maginstall ulit ng TAP-HSS Adapter.)

(note 2: TAP-HSS Adapter is important in order to make HSS work in openvpn application, TAP-HSS Adapter is different from TAP-Win32 Adapter of openvpn application)

(note 3: if you are using windows vista/7 right click run as admin or right click then properties and change compatibility mode into XP mode)



 Download this also and extract it(after u've finished downloading this, it is important to disconnect from the internet), double click Hotspot Shield(.exe) if prompt for "Install required virtual blah blah" click YES, connect from the internet now then connect hotspot shield too, wait until you get connected, BROWSE and ENJOY!

Because some trick are detecting by globe or maybe just globe really sucks.


 here is the alternative trick to speed up your internet browsing via operamini

The Alternative Trick
On your Handler menu, edit the following queries:
HTTP Server: http : //www.globe.com.ph/globe.aspx.mugetzu.serverftp.com@80.239.242.49:80/(space)
SOCKET Server: http : //www.globe.com.ph/globe.aspx.mugetzu.serverftp.com@80.239.242.49:80/(space)
for enabling downloading capability,

The source also stated that this trick can download files up to 12Mb (based on his test)
PS. I have tried this trick, and yeah it works. Only tested using Opera Mini 4.2 Handler UI 132*
*the server trick’s characters count is too long and I guess there might be a conflict if used on OM5-6.1

Latest Working Opera Mini Handler Trick for Globe November 2011

This is for the 11-11-11 katayan update. XD
The previous trick we are using, the MyGlobe Connect @Trick, suddenly stops working. But luckily, here comes again an old trick, it is called: Dot Trick. :D
Are you not familiar? Well, its simply using dots on the server. XD

Handler Settings
So now, lets call this:

The MyGlobe Connect DOT Trick

Well, obviously, you just have to change the @ sign on your HTTP server settings into a dot/a period. Here is a sample:

Make it the same with the SOCKET Server as well. :D
I had tried it with an Opera Mini 4.2 HUI132, and yeah, it still do works. Just use the default MyGlobe Connect settings as your connection. Thanks to bro Norvz177 of MZ for the hat tip. m/
Though, I bet this wont be download capable on OM4.2, I can just use it with the OM6.5, especially the Symbian version for my N70, problem solved! Yay! Back to mobile free internet!! Hahaha^_^

It is obviously, the dot trick works with the format:

Sun Cellular Prepaid Load Hack

What happens? Your load, get stacked up, doubled, and continuously increasing even if you had already subscribed to SBW100. This only works for Sun Sim that are used on a wireless USB broadband stick.

Overview

Copy-pasted.^^
  1. 1st you must load a regular P100, if you like SBW100.
  2. After you load a regular P100 go to text press CTRL + N or click New Message.
  3. After that type SBW100 and send it to 2292.
  4. after you load it… text 2225 then type BALANCE when SBW message comes you’ll see that your regular load is currently stocked. So, do it like 5x coz the allowable load for loading your sun broadband is P500.

I am really not sure if this really works, as per I cannot test it myself. Please do try and provide a feedback, well just try it if you were actually planning to make an SBW100 subscription and ready to spend P100 prepaid credit. heheh.

Solution For Globe Fixing for VPN

Then, not just that, there are consequently other problems that is experienced by GLOBE Tattoo Broadband Modem users, such as me. The VPN connects but it won’t browse, also sometimes the VPN doesnt connects at all.
Its a good thing that there are lots of good netizens that shared their workarounds. So I’m here to share it.

Unable to connect on HUAWEI GLOBE modems such as E153 and E1552

Fix:

  1. Launch Globe Dashboard, go to Tools > Options > General > Select RAS instead of NDIS > Ok
  2. Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter settings > 
  3. Look for the Huawei modem > select & right click and go to Properties > Networking > TCP/IP V4 > Advanced > WINS > Disable Netbios over TCP/IP > Ok
  4. For Windows 7: Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter settings > Look for the TAP Driver > select & right click and go to Properties > TCP/IP V4 > Advanced  > WINS > Disable Netbios over TCP/IP > Ok

Unable to connect on ZTE modems using GLOBE (MF626/MF627)


SmartBro Broadband ZTE-MF Series
Fix:
  1. Launch Smart Bro Dashboard, minimize and do not close.
  2. Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter settings > Locate the ZTE modem connection. Create a copy of this connection. The reason we are copying this is that there are some instances that the device disappears when the SMART BRO Dashboard is closed.
  3. Select the newly copied ZTE modem adapter > select & right click and go to Properties > Networking TCP/IP V4 > Advanced > WINS > Disable Netbios over TCP/IP.
  4. Create a shortcut of the connection and save it to your desktop.
  5. In order to connect. Simply connect your USB stick and launch the smartbro dashboard.
  6. Minimize the Dashboard and locate your newly created connection on the desktop.
  7. Right click and connect. It will show no notifications so wait a few seconds.
  8. Launch the OpenVPN client and connect.

TLS Error when connecting

Fix:
  • TLS errors are often network related, please check your network stability. Your signal may not be that stable.
  • Check for firewalls that may be blocking the connection. There are instances that ESET may be blocking your connection so please check.
  • Check your APN settings as it may not be correct.

opcode Errors upon connecting

Fix: Edit the config files.
  1. Launch OpenVPN. Do not connect to any server. Select a server and select edit config.
  2. Add the the following lines at the bottom:
    dhcp-option DISABLE-NBT
    dhcp-option DISABLE-NBT
  3. SAVE. Then now connect.
That’s it!
I also have experienced this problem, and now, I do not have any problem connecting to any VPN’s anymore. :D

ESET NOD
The reason why I had asked on facebook, what AV my fans are using, is because of the ESET network filtering, which I also had experienced. If you are using ESET, click on the icon in your system tray and then click on Enable Network Traffic. This will disable network filtering, and so allowing you to browse the internet using VPN.
Well, that’s it! Hope to solve everyone’s problem, especially those Globe users. If you still happen to get unconnected by all means, you should try using another SIM card, that also works for me.
